Greetings Family of The Most High God!

His word is the fuel for our bodies to absorb His Ruach haKodesh (Holy Spirit)!

Pray this;

Father, I desire to grow closer to you and need your help keeping Your WORD on my mind during the day, until I go to sleep, so that I can follow you always.

Waiting;

What does it mean to believe in Messiah?

When we fully understand the Hebrew concept of believe, which has a different concept than the widely translated, largely accepted, definition of the word believe in our cultural understanding and use of that word, we can see an action performed based upon a SPOKEN/KNOWN conviction. For instance, because someone outwardly expressed it.

Faith In English, is normally thought of as something someone believes or believes in. In Hebrew; faith, faithful, believe, are often best translated as the word support. Which, tends to be a concrete thought and not abstract, like Greek and English. One can visualize a support beam or support column in architecture.

If one person in a group doesn't understand something or needs physical help, another person from the group can explain to help them understand, or help them lift a box for example, lending them support. This is supporting them because along with believing that they needed help, you took action to do or bring the help.

The same concept appears in examples in The Holy Scriptures. Noah, believed God, and built an ark. He supported the idea and plans The Most High had by His actions.

Moses, believed God and went to tell pharoah all that The Most High told him to say.

Jonas, believed God, but went the other way because he was afraid. Later, being carried to his destination, where there, he supported God's plan by doing what he was told to do.

Joshua, believed God and caused the people to walk around the walls of Yericho for 7 days, until they accomplished their mission, supporting God's plan.

Notice how these 2 men performed actions that were recognized as being faithful:

By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaks.

By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: because before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

Faith, Faithful, Believe = Hebrew Aman; (Please notice the first 3 definitions require action on our part)

(Heb 11:4-5, KJV) H539 ×?ָמַן 'aman (aw-man') v. 1. (properly) to build up or support. 2. to foster as a parent or nurse. 3. (figuratively) to render (or be) firm or faithful. 4. to trust or believe. 5. to be permanent or quiet. 6. (morally) to be true or certain. 7. (once, Isaiah 30:21) to go to the right hand (interchangeable with H541).

[a primitive root] KJV: hence, assurance, believe, bring up, establish, + fail, be faithful (of long continuance, stedfast, sure, surely, trusty, verified), nurse, (-ing father), (put), trust, turn to the right. See also: H541

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. (Heb 11:6, KJV)

By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, **moved with fear, prepared an ark** to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.

By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:

For (because) he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.

Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised. (Heb 11:7-11, KJV)

Let's judge God as faithful, who promised to us that He would reward those who diligently seek Him, and... follow Him.

And Yeshua came and spoke unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit:

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. (Matt 28:18-20)

He will not leave us or forsake us if we look into His perfect torah of liberty and continue in it.

But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: For he beholds himself, and goes his way, and straightway forgets what manner of man he was.

But whoso looks into the perfect torah of liberty, and continues therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. (Jas 1:22-25)
