Father, please teach me the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven. Amen.

The days are shortened to save His people

There is a date we can only guess, and it's not wise to guess it. That is the return of the Messiah which is also the end of the tribulation period.

There are other days which we can and shall know when they happen like the countdown to the 1,290th day, the abomination of desolation, and the 1,335th day, the 2nd coming of Yeshua and the end of the great tribulation.

The return of Messiah is referred to in Daniel as the day we are all waiting for: Dan 12:12 Blessed is he that waits, and comes to the 1,335th day. The days (1,335) being cut short is spoken of by Messiah in Matthew 24: Mat 24:15

When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso reads, let him understand:)

The next verses talk about what will happen then, but in verse 22 it says something very important and key to understanding what happens next, and when will The Most High intervene to save His people?

Mat 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened. Since Daniel told us the exact amount of days that must transpire before Messiah returns we can count them down.

HOWEVER… Since the Father is going to shorten the number or amount of days (1,335) in order to spare His peoples alive, (IsaYah 59:19, 65:8, Rev 6:6) it is only in His power to know it, and it is not possible for us to know the day the Messiah returns, which is why we read: No man shall know… Mat 24:36 But of that day and hour knows no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

We can however know the day the abomination of desolation takes place which is what we are told to watch for. From there we can count down to 1,335 and know and understand that the Father is going to send the son prior to that day, somewhere between 1,290 and 1,335.

There are other teachings regarding the Father shortening the days, but the only teaching that is applicable is this interpretation. It's going to be necessary for us to be waiting on the Father and Him intervening when He knows it's necessary. Read revelation 12.

Since we are watching and are humble, we shall know the season when the countdown to the 1,335 will happen which will be some time around the Aviv Moedim (Passover).

Because we know He returns sometime at the harvest time, end of summer. We will have Yom Teruah (the day of trumpets) - which literally transliterates to day of sounding the shofar, blowing the trumpet.

The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly. And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of Adoneinu (our Lord), and of The Annointed One; and he shall reign for ever and ever. (Revelation 11:14-15)

Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and puts forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. (Matthew 24:32-33 - Mattityahu, Gift of יְהוָֹה)

Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man comes. Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his Master hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his Master when he comes shall find so doing. (Mat 24:44-46)
